For Talent
Step 1
Create Your Profile
Register with your email or mobile and create your professional profile — name, professions, location, experience, skills and languages.
Step 2
Upload Your Portfolio
Add your profile photo, headshots, full-length photos, showreel, voice samples and past projects. You can preview, replace or remove media before submitting.
Step 3
Submit for Review
When your profile is ready, submit it for review. The MTDB team checks every application before it goes live.
Step 4
Get Approved & Discoverable
Once approved, your profile appears in the public talent directory where casting and production professionals can find you, shortlist you and send casting enquiries.
For Casting Professionals
Step 1
Create an Account
Register as an industry professional with your name, company or production house and industry role.
Step 2
Search Talent
Browse the directory of approved profiles. Filter by profession, gender, age, height, location, languages, skills, experience and availability.
Step 3
Shortlist Profiles
Save talent to named shortlists for your projects — for example a web series lead, music video models or upcoming auditions.
Step 4
Send a Casting Enquiry
Send a structured enquiry with project name, role, character description, shoot dates and requirements. The talent is notified and can respond.

Reviewed Profiles
No profile goes public without admin approval. This keeps the directory professional and trustworthy.
You Control Your Details
Optional appearance details are for casting purposes only, and you choose which of them are shown publicly.
Stay Notified
Talent are notified about profile decisions and casting enquiries inside their dashboard.
Private Stays Private
Passwords, private contact details, government IDs and addresses are never displayed publicly.
